Are there any limitations on shipping?
The Scotch Whisky Experience only ships within the UK, a surcharge will apply to some more remote areas but you will be informed of this at the point of purchase.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Even although our terms state 7 working days If the item is in stock we would usually ship straight away using a 48 hour courier service. If the item is out of stock we would get in touch to discuss your options.
Are your online prices the same as you onsite pricing?
No, without the costs of physically running a shop (lighting, heating, staffing etc,) we are able to reduce our margins and pass that saving on to our customers.
Please bear this in mind if you are planning to visit our store in Edinburgh.
Does the Ambassador discount apply to my purchase?
No, the ambassador card discounts only apply for visits to our shop in Edinburgh. Our online pricing is already significantly cheaper than onsite.
